What the ADHD evaluation covers

An adult ADHD evaluation is a careful conversation, not a quick checklist. Yordanys looks at the whole picture before talking about treatment.

  • Your story

Your history from childhood to now, including school, work, home and relationships.

  • Day to day

Focus, organization, restlessness, time and follow-through, described in your own words.

  • What else might be going on

Anxiety, depression and sleep problems can look like ADHD or sit alongside it, so they are assessed too.

  • A clear plan

What the evaluation shows and a personalized plan, which may include medication management, therapy or both.

How your ADHD care starts

  3. A plan, then follow-ups

You leave with a clear, personalized plan and regular follow-up visits to adjust it as you go.
